1. Warranty Overview

Active Pro Asia Co., Ltd. is committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to our customers. All products sold by Active Pro Asia Co., Ltd. under the Gym Monster brand from Speediance come with the following warranties:

Gym Monster Machine Warranty: 2 years
Accessories Warranty: 1 year

2. Warranty Terms and Conditions

Coverage: The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions, starting from the date of purchase.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:
– Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications.
– Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or discoloration.
– Damage resulting from improper installation or use not in accordance with the product manual.
– Consumable parts (e.g., batteries) unless found to be defective at the time of purchase.

Warranty Claims: To make a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) and report the defect within the warranty period. Claims can be made through our customer service department by contacting or by visiting our website at www.speediance-thailand.com

3. Repair and Replacement

If a defect covered by the warranty is found, Active Pro Asia Co., Ltd. will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or part at no charge. If a replacement product or part is provided, it may be new, refurbished, or equivalent to new in performance and reliability.

In the event the product or part is no longer available, Active Pro Asia Co., Ltd. reserves the right to replace it with a similar product or part of equal or greater value.

4. Shipping and Handling

Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the product for warranty service. If the warranty claim is valid, Active Pro Asia Co., Ltd. will cover the return shipping costs.

All warranty repairs or replacements will be conducted at authorized service centers.

5. Limitations of Liability

Active Pro Asia Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product or from any breach of warranty.

The maximum liability of Active Pro Asia Co., Ltd. under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the product.

6. Warranty Transferability

The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
7. Governing Law

This warranty policy is governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Thailand.
