Privacy Policy
1. Active Pro Asia Co., Ltd is not storing any credit card information.
2. Active Pro AsiaCo., Ltd is collecting information off Name, email, address and phone number, this is only for the use of shipping/delivery and warranty purposes.
3. The time of stored information is 6 years.
4. If the customer would like to have their stored information deleted before the 6 years storage time or need information about stored data the customer should send a request to info@speediance-thailand.com
5. The only source Active Pro Asia Co., Ltd share any stored data or information with now and in the future is the postal service.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns
1. The customer have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
3. Your item must be in original packing.
4. Your item needs to have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
1. Once we receive your item, we will inspect and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
2. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your advised account
3. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days depending on way of payment, for credit card it depending on your card issuer’s policy.
Shipping
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Cancellation Policy
1. The customer have the right to cancel a order within 24 hours from the payment
2. When the order is packed and assigned to currier service the cancellation is not longer possible
Shipping Policy
1. For shipping in Thailand the shipping cost is included in the price for the item.
2. Active Pro Asia Co., Ltd is using Kerry Express, Fastship , SCG Express as partners for domestic shipments.
3. Normal shipping and delivery time in Thailand is 3-5 days. Some regions can have an extended delivery time depending on the shipping companies rout. There can also be a longer delivery time regarding to Public and National Holidays.
4. If customer would like to use some other shipping company the customer need to notify Active Pro Asia Co.,Ltd, this can be arranged for an extra fee paid by the customer ( the shipping companies delivery and service fee ).
5. For a delayed shipping Active Pro Asia Co., Ltd is not responsible after the parcel is handed over to the currier.
6. For order international there will be a shipment cost added to the sum depending on destination.
