Out patented Spotter Mode will automatically lower the resistance when you might have reached your limit or overload yourself during work-outs.

*Remember to turn it on before training. And if you lost the grasp of the handle/bar during work-outs with the weight-on, the machine will automatically turn off the weight.

Our motor’s total weight range is 8-220 lbs. Therefore, you can only operate within this weight range in any mode. For example, in eccentric mode, the concentric phase weight cannot be less than 8 lbs, and the eccentric phase weight cannot exceed 50% of the concentric phase weight.
We use 304 stainless steel and bearings of sufficient strength, plus durability tests show that there is no damage to the folding structure.
The support arm is made of 304 stainless steel + wear-resistant paint, while the sliding part we use engineering plastic with a small coefficient of friction as the medium.
The total resistance is 220lbs ( 100KG ). 50KG per arm. Does it have negative resistance? It also has negative resistance, because it also has weight when it retracts, this means you need to use force against it as well.
The motor is designed to have a service life of 10,000 hours, and you use it for 2 hours a day, so that will last for 13 years.

The size of 21’ screen, the diagonal length of display area is 55cm, 53.34cm = 21 inches, that’s why we said it as 21’ screen.
Please be sure to fix the pedal lock well before doing any reps. This is very important!

Software

We have different modes : 1 (SPOTTER) + 4 (STANDARD、CHAINS、ECCENTRIC、CONSTANT）;

SPOTTER : Spotters help you finish your last few reps when your muscles are fatigued, which is much harder to do when training by yourself.

STANDARD : The digital weight provided is constant;

CHAINS : You can simulate the feeling of real chains, getting the benefits at the touch of a single button;

ECCENTRIC : Adds more resistance when your muscles are at their strongest to work your muscles harder in every rep;

CONSTANT : Maintain a balance of tension and contraction forces，used in strength tests and rehabilitation training;

Speediance’s accessories are equipped with a gyroscope. Together with the motor, it can determine the speed, distance, position and other data of the action during training, and detect and prompt you to correct your movements.
We will collect data of many categories (including gender, age, health status) to continuously train our AI. Currently, we have cooperated with the PROGRESS ONE organization of Duke University, and a PhD in rehabilitation medicine gave us guidance and advice. We will also cooperate with more organizations to continuously enrich our rehabilitation training in the future.
Yes, in addition to [pounds] units, we also have [Kg] units, you can change the units in settings.
We left a MIC for receiving voice control, which is not supported by the software at present, and it will be upgraded in the future.

Package & Shipping

The product cannot be disassembled, but there are 2 wheels on the back side of the bottom, which can push the product for easy movement. The weight of the product is 85kg, and you can put it on a trolley and move it at home.

Note: That wheel we have can only be used for moving on a flat surface, not for carrying up and down stairs.

The host machine does not need to be assembled, but the fitness bench and rowing bench need a simple screw work. The package measurement is 2380mm*800mm*480mm.
